My husband and I love this store, shopping here for years, miss Dave and Liz, but the new owners have proven to be very lovely and knowledgeable. They kept the staff from before as well, and she walked me through the registration program for specials and thus I joined something new! The special fabric birdie mask are my favourite of mine and although they are expensive, the stained glass birds are gorgeous, and on my Christmas list.

The staff are always friendly. They greet you immediately upon entering the store and are attentive to our needs. They are very knowledgeable about their products and offer comparisons between particular products, making it easier for me to decide which one is best for me.

The store is clean well laid out and the product selection is excellent. The only issue I have is pricing on some foods such as black sunflower seeds is significantly higher than the big box stores bulk pricing understandably so but it prec ludes "one stop shopping".

I had placed an online order that was obviously incorrect and done by a birding newbie. Kathy stopped and corrected me right away, cancelled the order, called me when the right stock came in, guided me through my set up and sold me a membership.

Easy to order what I wanted and prompt delivery. The free bird seed was a nice surprise.

Staff provide excellent knowledge of products. Very engaging and good listeners. Great quality products and bird feed.
