The staff were most pleasant as well as professional. Best of all, they were human - joking with me and making me feel special. So important at any time but especially during this difficult time. Staff also tried to find me a box which was not easy as my item was an odd size but they tried so hard, it really made me thankful. The store was a real pleasure to browse as well. And lots of high quality items to choose from. I will be back to purchase a birthday gift before March. Thank you for the opportunity to comment.
