Always get prompt, friendly customer service from WBU Newmarket. In addition to the exceptional service, this was the second occasion where a bag of seed was gifted along with my purchase. Always awesome to have our expectations exceeded this way! Thanx for being a great retailer.

I called for some seed cylinders but couldn’t remember what they were called. The computer had my previous purchase listed and the very friendly, up beat lady told me what I had purchased and did I want the same. I ordered and paid for them and then picked them up at the store fifteen minutes later. I phoned when I arrived and she put them outside immediately. You can’t have a better experience than that!

Every thing went the way I wanted and service was very friendly. Perfect!
