The lady at the counter was very helpful and provided suggestions. She knew about the products and benefits. She was also very genuine and not pushy, which I value very much. I have shared the picture of the bird seed catcher in the email.

Staff are welcoming and knowledgeable and had great suggestions to any questions. They are my "go to" . Store always has what I need and is close to my home and I like to support local businesses.

It was simple and efficient! I wasn't expecting it to be available that quickly. Definitely will be placing an order for another feeder soon :o)

The Staff are so knowledgeable and friendly. I have never been disappointed shopping at my local Wild Bird store. I’ll be back to support the butterflies and bees in my garden.

I bought the oriole decorative branch feeder and had noticed in the photos that it used to be frosted glass cups and I was surprised to see that they were much smaller plastic ones

The staff at WBU Newmarket are always eager to help and answer questions. I purchased the large bag of peanuts and bird seed. The staff offered (I didn't ask) to carry it to my car. Very much appreciated!

Due to covid lockdown I have ordered extra so I won’t run out. This is a great store and the staff are very efficient at putting my orders together quickly. The staff member helped me to my car with my order which was very much appreciated
