Although having difficulty completing my on-line order, I was most impressed by the service I received when I placed my order by phone. Very understanding and accommodating staff helped me complete my order and was at the door for pick up at the assigned time. Whenever I had the pleasure to shop in store, the staff was incredibly courteous, knowledgeable and patient with this first-time bird enthusiast. I am thrilled with the service and friendly advice I receive at this store. A heartfelt thanks to the staff.

I had called as I was experiencing a problem putting together my Squirrel Buster feeder. The gal on the phone told me that they weren’t allowed (Covid) to fix things in the store, but if I brought it to them they could help me with it at the door. Problem solved. While I was there I bought a couple of bags of the Sunflower Chips. I have been many times to the store and ALWAYS had excellent service from friendly, knowledgable staff. I’ll be back!!

I know what I’m getting when I order. I am a rewards member. My daughter is a friend of one of the employees. The re-vamped store has more selection than before.
