The staff are always pleasant. Merchandise is well stocked.

Had never been to store before and was very surprised layout, merchandise and helpful staff.

Staff was friendly and knowledgeable. They helped me find what I needed and told me about the membership program which I joined. I like the new store layout as well.

Every time I visit the store they always sufficient supplies of the feed I use on hand. In that it is a half hour drive for me to get there, it is important to me not to,have to leave empty handed.

There is always a lot to choose from and look at. The staff are helpful but don’t get in your way to browse. They are easily able to answer questions and always friendly.

Consistency in products, staff etc. every visit or online order has been a positive experience.

Knowledgeable staff and good selection

Great store, friendly & knowledgeable staff. Excellent products and an overall pleasant atmosphere in the store. I like that the staff help you with what might work best for your feeding station and the types of birds you'd like to attract.
