I am new to feeding birds and the associate was super helpful and really it was a great experience! I just don’t know why I can’t seem to get one bird to my feeder!!

Staff are extremely well informed and able to give advice on bird-specific scenerios and issues. The quality of bird feed, and the options to suit one's specific needs, is excellent.

Everything was wonderful, as usual. And, I appreciated being given the bird recognition poster. I will definitely use it often — I had it plaqued to hang above my “birding” sink in the garage.

Emily was the sales person in the Newmarket location. She was friendly, and answered all of my bird feeding questions. The checkout process was quick, and my Bird Bucks were easily incorporated into my bill of sale. Emily helped carry my purchases out to my vehicle. I only wish I had waited until the next day, February 1, so that I could have received a bird-watching poster with my purchase…no fault of Emily’s.
