It has always ben good service and goodproduct with good service.

My concerns were clearly answered by a staff person familiar with our local birds and the issues I raised. She recommended a couple of solutions and I made an additional purchase based upon her recommendation.

Staff Is terrific, selection was quite good compared to other retailers with inventory shortages. The couponing is a nice perk, but it should be tied to the profile on file, and not expected the customer to carry paper coupon proof.

Great selection of feeders & seed

Phone ordering, in-store pickup, friendliness of staff was all excellent.

The staff is always courteous and helpful. Each person that I have dealt with has a good knowledge of your products.
