As soon as our order is placed online, it's on it's way! We live in the middle of nowhere, so this is so great. We also love your products and the birds we get because of it. It makes our day to see the different varieties of birds who love your products too!

It always make me happy to enter such a lovely store! I feel welcomed and the selection is always great. The staff are so helpful and patient when I start to tell them my bird stories. Feeding the birds and watching them gather in my backyard is a peaceful and entertaining past time especially during Covid times. A connection with nature has always brought me great joy!

I love all of your products, especially the feed with the hot chili in it. It has finally fixed my raccoon/ squirrel problem of stealing and breaking my feeders. The prices are a bit high, but the products are outstanding

Went into the store to also get some advice on a bird feeder I have at my new house , as well as suggestions for feed for my finch feeder. After having over I was concerned how I might attract the finches again to the feeder. Was given great options for both feeders . Excited to try the niger seed combo . It’s not been a week and I have seen a finch at the feeder!! Very excited. Have a doves nest at the other feeder so not sure other birds will be coming just yet…:-) The store and staff are great. Was pleased with my experience
