Everything is well displayed and you have such a wide variety of merchandise I enjoy seeing new and different products.

It is always a special part of my day when I visit WBU Newmarket. The staff are always pleasant and helpful and willing to listen to all my bird stories! Thank you for being there ... it is my happy place!

A very nice young man who obviously loves birds looked after me. Because there were other people paying, I just put my stuff nearby waiting for a cashier to be free but this young man picked it all up and moved it to his spot when he was free. He also carried my bags out to my car. All people at this store are always very nice but I was just impressed with this guy because he was so young and so very nice….a customer service professional…lol.

Friendly and courteous staff. In my last visit the hot suet was on backorder and they were nice enough to both call me and email me to let me know that it was back in stock. Unfortunately the 6 pack that I usually buy is still on backorder so I bought 6 single packages. Terrific staff - always a treat to visit the store
