Staff acknowledged me when I came in, helped me find the seed bag size I wanted and gave me a small part that was missing from one of my feeders. All very quick, easy and efficient.

the staff member that helped us was friendly and helpful. She gave us suggestions of products. She introduced us to the membership program allowing us more savings on what we had chosen.

I really appreciate the personal service that I receive every time I go into the store. If one side of the cash is busy, someone is always available to open the other side. Makes for a speedy checkout. The staff their are SO knowledgeable and SO helpful. I could stand and talk with them for hours. I had a hawk strike in my backyard and I was so upset about it. I felt like I was leading "my birds" to their deaths. The staff their were very helpful in telling me how I should handle this and that I hadn't done anything wrong. I checked your website first so I knew what I had to do. I also had a little finch get stuck on one of my feeders (the big blue one) and they were kind enough to reach out to the company to see if anyone else had reported anything like it. Staff at the Newmarket store are AWESOME! I don't mind spending a little more on seed that I know will not sprout in my flower garden.

The staff made me feel very welcome and usually give good advice on products being sold based on the knowledge and recommendations of the product s when you have questions. I will definitely shop in the store for items I need.
