This is my go to store. The merchandise is of high quality and I rely on staff for their recommendations with regards to buying food at different seasons. I have been shopping at Wild Birds for many years.

The staff is so accommodating and friendly. They’ve helped me with missing pieces of my feeders (wily squirrels!). It is always a nice experience shopping at my local store.

Staff are always friendly and knowledgeable. They didn't have a 10 lb bag of Finch Blend because they had just received a new shipment. She immediately filled a 10 lb bag for me from the bulk shipment. Always satisfied with my visits to this store.

Excellent friendly service and product selection.

I returned 2 bags of oil sunflower seed bought earlier. They had a white mould/ dust on both. I had no problem getting them exchanged for 2 fresh ones. I had experienced this problem at my previous store, not WBU, and knew the birds wound not eat them. I had no problems exchanging the bags at all. Such kind staff. I also renewed my yearly subscription a bit early. I highly recommend your store and staff and will continue buying all my birding supplies from the Newmarket Store. It’s a pleasure coming to it.
