I had 2 problems from previous purchases which I wished addressed. The staff person very eagerly and knowledgably dealt with both issues, neve allowing me to doubt myself but rather making me feel valued.

Answered my questions purchased what I needed.

Excellent experience form start to finish. Order was easy to place and picking up items was just as easy. Great service in store, as well. There is an impressive selection of merchandise online and in store to choose from. It was easy to find everything I needed.

The store always has what I need. It is well organized. I can get in and out quickly. The staff is always friendly and helpfull. Parking is right out front so easy to carry out my seed. Staff does offer to help carry it out if needed.

The staff are great and the food is the best !! You can tell the food is better cause the birds won’t stop eating it compared to other food I’ve put out.

Was warmly greeted upon arrival. Wonderful customer service. The rep was knowledgeable about the product of inquiry and pleasantly answered all my questions, never making me feel that I was taking too much of her time.
