Initially I tried placing an order online but ran into an issue when applying a promo code. I called the Newmarket store and spoke to Liv. She was super helpful in resolving the issue!

I have shopped here several times, and have always found that the quality of the products are excellent. The staff at this store are very knowledgeable, helpful and super friendly! (I also enjoy the FB page. Shayna Hartley (?) is always quick to respond, and is also very helpful and knowledgeable.)

Staff are always friendly and helpful. The store has what I am looking for, I enjoy the birds and the seed I get from the store attracts a great variety of birds.
