It is a great store and great selection. And I like the discount applied for being part of the club But prices for the bird seed I like are up significantly - not sure if that is due to overall costs or an offset to the discount - and I am price sensitive as a senior so that is why I went satisfied versus highly satisfied

I do realize the high quality of the products, and I am extremely pleased with the responsiveness to honouring the guarantee, but I am taken aback a bit by the cost of products in the store.

I don't typically rate the highest unless something out of the ordinary was experienced. This visit was simply to restock my feed pails for the season.

Didn’t have bird food containers to keep the chipmunks from getting into the bags of bird food.

Just the price! We buy 50 lb bag of Sunflower chips from a feed store for same price as the 20 lb bag of your no mess blend. We know there is a difference in content but the way the birds go through the seed we’ll stick to the feed store!

The store did not seem to have the variety ias in the past. The last time I visited a year ago I wanted to buy everything . This visit, absolutely nothing appealed to me. The displays of inventory are not appealing. I hoped to buy more but ended up with just a bag of bird seed. Very disappointing.

Nothing is perfect, and I or we rarely give a perfect score. Nothing personal or towards staff and store.
