The answers to our questions were not 100% clear or confident sounding. For example, I was persuaded to buy a raccoon baffle rather than a squirrel baffle for my APS based on the fact that a raccoon baffle is better for squirrels. If the 'squirrel' baffle is not good enough for squirrels, why sell it? I also wanted to buy an extension for my APS to raise up the bird feeders, but was talked out of it. Explanations for all other accessories were good, and the service was patient and friendly. Overall a good experience.

The quality of your seed is not what it once was. It has never fully recovered from the change of supplier a couple of years ago. I want some striped sunflower seeds which you no longer seem to offer.

Too much COVID protocol

The order was placed for curbside pickup, exactly the same as for the previous orders which were made. However, there was a refusal to put the items in the back of our Jeep. We had to get out of the vehicle, amid other customers, and go pick up our order from outside the front door of the store. Previous orders had ALWAYS been placed at the back of the vehicle. We have automatic opening and closing of the hatchback, so the employee did not have to touch the vehicle at all, just put the bag inside.
