This store completely understands the importance of customer service. Some of the items I ordered were not available so they called me to let me know & substituted those items. Having worked for another WBU franchise for over 7+, I recognize excellent customer service.

We showed up just before closing due to our travel distance. The staff was courteous, helpful, and did not rush our purchase. We knew what type of item we wanted and they helped greatly with our selection. They let us make as much noise as we wanted while we selected the wind chime we were going to purchase.
