The quality is always good, and delivery very prompt (which is important when an irruption of pine siskins is eating me out of house & home).

I have used this store for many years. Know where my produces are located. And have time to browse for what is new or on special.

The staff are always knowledgeable and helpful. I answered that I won’t return in next 60 days because I buy enough at each visit to avoid having to come in any more than quarterly.

Love the quality products offered. Enjoyed seeing new merchandise and changes in the store. Catnip pillows were a big hit!

Everyone there is so friendly and knowledgeable. There are so many fun and unique items/gifts. We love going there just to see what is new. On this visit we bought items to redo our backyard setup to minimize the starlings from stealing all the food.

Having been a customer for many years, it was so easy to just get online, renew my membership, and order my seed. Now I just need to replace some broken feeders. Not sure if they are still warrantied.
