I am a club member and have been buying my seed from there for many years. In addition I have purchased feeders, pole system and many other "fun" items. If I wasn't highly satisfied with merchandise, staff and location I would not be shopping there.

Great selection and variety of products.

The color I ordered was out of stock. Customer service indicated they tried to call (I wasn't aware) and couldn't reach me via phone. They reached out via email, offered an alternative and processed the alternative I selected quickly. Made the entire process very easy.

Friendly courteous staff..

the gentleman that helped me, knew his products and the birds that would eat certain foods. He also told me why birds were not coming to my feeder anymore.
