The two gals working in the store were so friendly and cheerful. They genuinely seemed to love their jobs. I've bought several pairs of the earrings in the store, but this was the first I'd heard about the "Get One Free" program offered by Silver Forest. I look forward to filling my "Get One Free" card. Staff was very helpful in helping me locate the woodpecker seed cakes I was looking for as well.

Didn’t remember what I usually ordered and had no access to computer. They looked up my order and we picked up at curbside. All good!

Jason was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. He made all the right suggestions. We had fed birds back in California and shopped at a WBU store in San Carlos, CA. When we moved, we attempted feeding here in Florida, but were discouraged by the raccoons and lack of success. We now have a raccoon baffle, four feeders, seeds galore, and are now awaiting the arrival of feeding birds.

All people in that store are friendly, helpful, and eager to please!
