I have always been extremely satisfied with your service and you have consistently gone above and beyond to make sure delivery is timely and price is fair. Due to numerous houses building near me, my birds disappeared for a few months, but they are back in force and I was so excited to be able to fill my bird feeders again and enjoy watching them calling their friends to come join them!!

I was immediately welcomed by staff in a very friendly manner. All my questions were professionally answered. Suggestions were made on how to dissuade a territorial mocking bird who was chasing after the other birds at the suet.

This was my first time in the store. I was immediately greeted by Nikki. Loved that she asked if we needed help or just wanted to browse. I definitely needed help and she was super knowledgeable about not only the products but also birds in general. I’ve been so happy with my feeder and the birds that have been visiting it. I went back the next day for some more items. Great store, great staff.

The young lady who helped me was very knowledgeable, friendly, patient, and shared tips and tricks for shopping at Wild Birds Unlimited. After I returned to my car, I reviewed the catalog and found an additional item for my Mom. I called the store from my car and returned to purchase a window bird feeder for my Mom’s window. What a treat. Mom is thrilled. Thank you very much.

What an attractive store, complete with every bird need, new ideas, gifts...I want to buy everything in the store! I also needed to have a backyard bird identification (from a picture) and with research and a text to a person-in-the-know, I got an answer (Thanks Dylan, Jason, and the texted guru). I also walked out with some bird french fries (freeze dried mealworms 🤣, I haven’t served these until now! Thanks, Linda!) LOVE THIS STORE ...my happy place!
