There were 2 ladies who helped me buy the right birdseed for my birdfeeder. They explained very well what the type of birds I was seeing would most likely want to eat.

During my first visit, an associate spent quite a bit of time educating me on the products based on the type of birds we wanted to attract. She had a lot of knowledge and experience and passion on the topic which I appreciated and valued. I came back the next day with my husband and received the same high level of customer service. We thought we would start small but ended up buying a variety of houses, poles, and food - and, are Conor enjoying watching and waiting for the birds.

Very friendly and happy atmosphere

When I walked in I was just going to browse, but an employee asked if I needed any help. When I mentioned I had a mulberry tree that was about to finish fruiting but wanted to keep my bird visitors around, she directed me to a seed mix that would be good for those same birds. They love it!

The staff took their time with me and didn't rush to help other customers. They were very knowledgeable in their products and what I was looking for. They also didn't push me to spend a lot of money and got me excited to bird watch.

Bought seed that will keep the birds in the neighborhood happy!

They have educated us on our backyard birds and always have in stock what we need.
