The store was just adorable. Came across the sweetest and most knowledgeable young lady named Nicky. She spent time with me and my elderly mother, and was just wonderful. Enjoyed my time shopping and getting great recommendations for my bird houses. Also was greeted once we came in the store by another very friendly face, i'm sorry that i did not get her name, but also very knowledgeable.

Need to have survey include purchasing in store. I neither phoned in my order nor did I go online. I know the store & the staff their & trust their procedures for adhering to covid circumstances. In other words, I just walked in, knew for what I was looking & intending to purchase -- bird food. That is how I do it as I live right down the street from the store.
