I received what I ordered in a timely manner and well packaged. The store I had been dealing with closed so I had to switch stores. They were extremely nice when I called about my membership, as I did not realize you need a membership for each store. They were very generous to extend my membership for two months as mine has expired in February. It will probably be about two months before I order again but I will definitely renew with this store.

The gentleman who help me was soooo helpful, knowledgeable, super kind and just a pleasure. I don’t live in the area and now can order online.

I love this store. The mealworms are the best quality available and the selection of bird feeders is exceptional. Of course I love the extras- the bird earrings, tee shirts, etc make this a great place to shop for gifts. The employees are well educated as well, so the conversation is always enjoyable. .

I was able to quickly get what I need and was on my way after just a few minutes.
