Someone always says welcome in and ask’s if I need help. I know what I wanted so I didn’t need help. There is always a good variety of products.

I came in with my 20 year old Squirrel Proof Feeder, messy and all but falling apart. Heather took it and in about two hours, my feeder was like new again! I really thought that the feeder would be declared a disaster and I would need to replace it. Parts were replaced and it looks like new and again, it is about 20 years old, having been purchased at the same Wild Birds Unlimited way back when it was across the street.

I needed a suet holder that wasn't accessible to larger birds. We went thorough several options until I decided on one that looks like a tree truck (and weighs like one) that a large feed cylinder drops inside. The birds took to it the next day (all but the larger ones that couldn't grip). Best service available. I would have never fount it by myself. Re-upped for the annual club membership as I have done for many urea's.
