Because of a hurricane hitting here in Fla, the store was clean staff was friendly & helpful. The stock was low but I still received what I needed to feed my birds.I really like this store its owners & all the staff. They filled my order what no computer system.

My bird feeder was broken, and I was going to buy the unit to replace it when the staff suggested that I could replace only the broken part. This save me almost $100.00. They cared about me more than making a bigger sale. I have two sets of large chimes from this store, bird feeder, holder, squirrel guard, and a few other items. It is great to know that you can trust the staff to care for you and your products!

This is a great store with employees that are very knowledgeable. Plus they have a good stock of all kinds of bird feeders, seeds and all kinds of items to make your back yard birds very happy . With the holidays coming a great place to buy gifts for friends and family. I Recommend this store very highly. Would not shop any where else. They treat customers like friends.

My salesperson, Dale, was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly had a passion for the hobby. She answered every question I had, and made several useful recommendations. I didn't feel like I was being pressured to buy anything, just given information that would help me make an informed decision. I will be back on a regular basis, especially if all the other employees are like Dale.
