You always answer my questions about birds that I have. You always tell me what food certain birds that I have like.

Your staff makes me feel appreciated as a customer and is always eager to answer questions, offer advice, and just share stories about appreciating our backyard birds. I'm not talked down to for not knowing or understanding things. I also always feel that the staff shares the same passion for birds as I do. It feels more like going to see friends than going to a store.

We absolutely love this store and all the employees. They clearly love what they do and we enjoy supporting a local business. Once we swapped from big box store to this store, we noticed more birds enjoying the higher quality seed.
