Laura & & Jason stand behind there products, even thou companies are not giving life time guarantees, my tube feeder was cracked, and they replaced it for me, it was 10 years old. I do appreciate there service and you can count on them to investigate and come up with a solution. They certainly give great customer service.

The clerk was very helpful in recommending a specific type of bird food and explaining the differences with other products. She was friendly and reminded me that I could resign for membership benefits
