I first found your merchandise at the Winter Garden Spring Festival. Bought 3 of the FLYING START cakes and got the hanger free. Put it up the same day and all my birds went crazy over it. I went back on Sunday to the festival to buy 3 more seed cakes. I was down to 2 so went on line to buy more and also became a Club Member. Only complaint was when the box was delivered the entire bottom looked like it had gotten wet and was smashed. Luckily the cakes were wrapped in bubble wrap so they were fine. Thanks for the free bird seed bag for becoming a member, too. I wished your stores were closer. I would probably go broke though...lol

Each time we come in to our local WBU we feel so welcomed! The availability of the products we buy are always in stock. There's always something new to learn about birds and feed. Not only products are important but the staff. They are knowledgeable, friendly, and willing to help. Very clean store . We are very fortunate there's a WBL so close to our home, and thrilled that we have become attracted to wildlife through the experiences we have learned at WBL.

Friendly knowledgeable and patient store owner I believe. She knew exactly what I needed when I could only explain myself. I received exactly what I wanted and all was in excellent new condition. My birds were delighted with their new food and accessories to protect from the outdoor elliments. I will order again because it’s too far to drive. My delivery came before the expected date also.
