The owners and staff are expert at putting me at ease, making me conduits, like a member of their family. They're very good at it, thanks! I miss seeing one of the young ladies from long ago. Hope she's doing very well.

Very nice store. Merchandise nicely displayed. Staff was very knowledgeable and helpful. They made suggestions for my bird needs. Also explained the different type of feeders. Also made suggestions on bird seeds. The lady who waited on me showed me all through the store. Pretty things in the store to purchase as gifts.

I was very happy to received a follow-up phone call within a couple of days on a part needed for the roof of a platform feeder that was ordered as a gift. They have the part and holding for me to pick up.
