The young lady who helped me gave me the wrong "No-Mess" 20 pound bag. I did not realize this until I got it home. Now I have to lug back this bag and do an exchange. She put the bag into my car trunk. I will now have to somehow get it back into the store. I am elderly and have bad arthritis so this is not making me happy.

I was satisfied, but I have a disability and transportation issues. I tend to buy a lot so I don't have to arrange for travel to the store. I was very satisfied but doubt I will be back in the store in 60 days.

I love going to this store mainly because the staff is extremely knowledgeable about the products they sell and how to attract the local and migratory birds. This goes a long way and I would choose to spend my money here than online or at a general hardware store that sell bird supplies. The prices are also very reasonable and the quality of your products is superb.
