I am a relatively new customer and was told I would get a coupon to use for my birthday I never received one and said so during my visit. She saidI should have received as an e-mail I did not-asked her to check it out-said she would but nothing was determined and situation was left as is- I did not receive coupon or email.

No customer service assistance when I was looking around the store. I found what I needed. There were several other customers there also. Merchandise is overpriced but good quality.

My son went into the store during the special 20% deal going on, and told the cashier this was my 20% off purchase. However, he realized he got the wrong product, and went back in to get the correct bag of seeds. And again, cashier did not apply the 20% despite my son informing the cashier that this was going towards the 20% off. Instead I received my normal 15%. Not too happy with how the cashier did not honor the special deal.

I came in to buy Corinthian Bells wind chime & bird seed. Decided while at store to buy an additional arm for my Advanced Pole System. Discussed at length with the 2 employees that it would work on my APS pole. Asked if all I needed to do was just add it to the top. Yes, I was assured. Got home and no, it didn't work. They both neglected to tell me that I needed the Snap Button Adapter. The arm was useless because it stacked right on top of the other arm. Came to the store again to return the new arm. Informed the staff that it required an attachment bracket of some sort so it could snap in at a different direction and not stack right on top of my other arms. There were 3 employees there and they all acted like I was crazy. They'd never heard of such a thing, one even said he's worked there for years and in all that time they've never made anything like that. All assured me that it could just go on top of my other arms and be loose, it didn't have to click into anything, that's how they're supposed to go. Instead of selling me the bracket (which I later discovered you had 2 of) so that I could keep and use the new arm, I returned the new arm for a refund. Better training.

The person picking up the product for me had to wait 45 minutes for the product.

It was like I needed an act of Congress to get a discount on a tiny purchase after spending a bunch on the previous purchase with no discount. I won't need to buy the birdseed wreaths again, nor the "cages."
