Wish you were more lenient on mask requirements. I was alone in the store and ran over quickly during my work break. (I work in the plaza and we allow masks to be voluntary in our establishment.) There was only 1 employee present, I maintained a safe distance and only touched what I purchased. I did do contactless form of payment as well. Also, the dog is super cute and usually not an issue, but startled me when he began barking when another customer entered which could potentially cause issues for others if easily startled. Otherwise love supporting this small business and send a lot of my customers your way to swing by after visiting my establishment.

Pricing on items is a bit higher then what I’ve seen other places. I like the store and employees are always helpful and that’s why I continue shopping with you.

I felt like the sales woman was trying to push a sale of the Elliminator or more expensive bird feeders. I purchased the fiery seed and fiery bark butter but the birds are not eating much of it yet.

One of the items ordered was a buttons the snowman seed cylinder. Received a penguin seed cylinder. The birds may not notice the difference but I did. Checked online and it appears you are out of stock on the snowman. Would have liked some advance notice of the swap.
