The fiery bark butter pellets so NOT seem to attract any birds. Squirrels definitely don't like it which is a plus, but birds do not seem to either. Almost every day, the same amount is in the feeder tray. I throw it out when I add new seeds (safflower and sunflower) but nothing seems to like the pellets.

Service was friendly, selection and knowledge were good as always. I bought my original bird feeder in June 2020, had very little action with the first seed (I had puchased 2 bags) I brought, then was directed to buy a second seed a number of months later, and was not able to return an unused bag because it was too old to take back. I purchased a membership when I bought the feeder, and haven't gone through a lot of seed, and when I returned recently, my membership/15% discount had expired, I think I only had only used it ever on the one purchase of seed after my original purchase, that was a bit frustrating. I don't come often, I know, but the fact that they couldn't take back or exchange the bag of unused seed, and after paying $25 for a membership 13 months ago, and not getting 15% off a bag of seed seemed a little silly, but I know that's just the rules. Selection, friendliness and knowledge has always been great, and appreciated. Thanks for asking.

When WBU guarantees an item for life...it should be for life. If they don't want to make a very popular feeder anymore, at least have the parts. Not the stores fault! I was reluctant to buy another feeder.

I understand product availability could be a problem with supply chains during the current pandemic. That being said don't ask a customer to purchase something that is not in stock, specifically speaking of the pole system used to hang bird feeders. I even offered to purchase the in store model but was told the owner did not want that one sold?!? Why advertise it then. The staff offered to put me on a waiting list.
