The owners of this store often give off the impression that they are doing me a favor by allowing me to shop there and have a Wild Birds Unlimited Membership. I've been shopping here since before they owned the store, since before they moved the store to the current location, for many years. I continue to shop there because the old owner sold me some feeders that are under lifetime warranties, so I bring them there for servicing/parts. I also continue to purchase seed, new feeders, and supplies there. The regular staff are fine, but the two owners (husband and wife) always act like they are doing me a favor to give me the time of day. Don't think either one has ever said thank you to me for anything.

I love the Winter Springs location, HOWEVER, I was charged incorrectly for an item. I purchased 2 hand towels, one large, and one small, and I was charged for 2 large. The cashier was super nice but very chatty and was not paying close enough attention to what she was ringing up. I will be back to this location but I will pay closer attention to the check out process.

I was not highly satisfied because the cashier told me I needed to renew my membership and wanted to charge me for it. I told her I always renew and just did it a couple of months ago. She looked and saw that I was right. Additionally, my expensive Eliminator birdfeeder that has a lifetime warranty needs parts and the store doesn't have them, nor do they know when or if they will. The owners at this location now have the attitude that they are doing their customers a favor by allowing them to spend their money there and by servicing warranties on their products. That isn't a pleasant feeling and it doesn't make me want to continue shopping there. Jason, one of the owners, mentioned shopping at Home Depot and good luck getting warranty service there. I pay a membership and top dollar at your store and warranty service was promised. If I could change locations I would. I no longer look forward to going there. You are not doing me any favors.
