Before the Dr Phillips store closed ( which I visited at least twice a month) I was told that the Winter Springs location would honor the "bird bucks" I had built up. I was surprised and disappointed when I was told that this was not true. I really don't understand why and no explanation was given. I did not have the same "friendly" experience in the Winter Springs store that I always had in the Dr. Phillips store.

Had trouble with the website accepting my order. Ended up calling the store to make sure my order had been accepted. Gentleman on the store was very helpful.

I feel like the person who helped me want as knowledgeable as others I’ve talked with there. But overall I’m slats happy to go there.

I was satisfied, but usually only come by every 90 days for seed, so wouldn't likely return before January.

Well at one time I was a member of your reward program. Listening to your agent they said all accounts were deleted and no dates were said when they were active. I was surprised that they didn't try to reenroll me again. I think this was poor customer service. It was close to closing. No excuse. I have to come from Apopka and this is a drive.

I already knew what I needed to buy. I usually help myself to getting what I need. The staff is very friendly and I recommend this store to others.

Wrong color bird bath dish sent. Called store and they sent correct color. Second delivery was left at neighbors door but I was able to retrieve it. That was Fed Ex's fault.
