Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I shared a problem I was having with a feeder I had purchased earlier and had a great suggestion to help my problem. The feeder works great but because of it’s location squirrels were accessing it too easily.

The entire team is quite knowledgeable, helpful, friendly and just flat out nice! The products are superior. I appreciate Laura and Jason and their team including Oliver. I actually look forward to going there even if just for a curbside pickup which is a nice option though I prefer to go in and see what new merchandise Laura has to offer. I also appreciate the different bird classes they offered pre-COVID. I hope those will continue again! In short, I love the folks at Wild Birds!
