The owners and the staff are very knowledgeable about the birds in our area and how to set up feeding stations for them. The store has everything you need for wild bird identification, feeding, nesting, and bathing. The equipment sold, such as bird feeders, are the highest quality and durability available.

Laura & Jason Peliwo couldn't be more helpful and knowledgeable about getting the right products for your bird feeders . Since I call in my orders they have so patient to help me find the right bird seed. Plus, there accessories/gifts are so creative and beautiful. I enjoyed shopping there over the years, before Coronavirus (Covid-19)but with there help I am still getting great service over the phone and curb pickup. There associates are very helpful also. Laura & Jason are great people and it is a pleasure to shop at there store. They have wonderful customer service, that you don't find in retail anymore. Thank you!

The staff new what I was looking for. They took my name and number to inform me when the item I was looking for comes in. Sold me a substitute item to hold me over.
