The staff was very helpful with information about the products I was interested in. They also gave me a great deal of advice about my bird feeder and how to keep unwanted critters out of the feeder, as well as much more valuable advice about several other issues I have had. Great place to shop for my wildlife needs. I will be back again!

Always have what I need. Always friendly and helpful. Only get that in a few places anymore. I buy for me, my daughter and next door neighbor. She’s 97 and loves her birds. Keep up the good work.

The product I went in for was available. I needed to renew my membership and was able to do so. The staff member who helped me was pleasant and knowledgeable.

Store is completely furnished with numerous bird items, seed and gifts. I purchased 4 cranberry cylinders and opened one at home and was very dry with numerous seed and berries falling off.

The quality of the seed is exceptional as well as the variety. I love the store but, unfortunately, I don’t always the opportunity to get there. The convenience of ordering online is great. Orders are filled and delivered quickly.

The store looks gorgeous. Very holiday inspired. Colorful, cheerful & clean. The owners are lovely people who can answer any questions & who take the time. We go frequently.
