I went into the store to purchase a new Dinner Bell feeder to replace one that I had had for 5 years. The nut on the bottom of the tray had separated from the plastic and would no longer keep the feeding tray attached to the shaft. The sales personnel told me that I could just replace the feeding tray and that they had them in stock. I got the replacement tray and a cylinder of food as well. The staff could have just sold me a complete Dinner Bell, but they did the right thing; refreshing in this day and age.

When I go to pick up feed, they always have what I need in stock. If I can't remember which feed I purchased the last time I was there they look it up for me.

This is a very friendly store with highly knowledgeable staff and all kinds of cool things in there. The only problem I have is that I can't afford EVERYTHING in there! Owners are great!

I love this store not only because of the products and the always friendly and helpful staff but because the owners are available, too. And, of course, having the two store cats and the owners dogs to pet, is a great experience. I also love the outside patio area where you can have a cup of coffee and watch the birds.

LOVE their furry store greeters! Also, love their bird feeder garden beside the store & is visible from inside the store (floor to ceiling windows).

The store is always well stocked with any items I may be interested in The staff is very friendly and always greets with a smile. Love the animals that greet customers, nice touch.
