LOVE the owners and the entire staff.

This is our favorite place to shop! We always find what we need; the store is spacious and items are easily found. The store staff, especially the Greeters, are wonderful. If we have questions; we get answers. We always make this a stop for Christmas gifts. We love watching the animals in the yard; so many are visiting and seem to feel right at home - it's what I wish my yard was like!

Great products, excellent staff

Staff was friendly and very helpful. I was offered assistance after briefly browsing and staff knew immediately what I needed. They also recommended other products that would attract specific birds to the yard. Very knowledgable!

The person who helped us was well informed about what kinds of foods small birds (wrens in particular) and woodpeckers like to eat, and demonstrated how the tube guard and weather guard we were buying would fit over our existing feeder.

I had a question about the identity of a photo I took of a bird. Kristina knew exactly what it was...a robin with white eye liner! She showed me several new products and told me about the specials.

The facility is attractive especially the feeding stations adjacent to the store. The cats and dog greeters are always enjoyable. The videos of bluebird nesting and fledging chicks attracts a lot of attention and conversation. The staff is friendly and easy to talk with.
