The store and surrounding yard/garden are gorgeous. It a place to spend time watching the birds. Very natural setting, the staff feels like friends. Been shopping here for years.

The staff at the WBU Yorktown store are always welcoming, and ready to assist with any needs. The store itself is beautiful, and I love how we always chat about our own personal bird sightings!

Everyone at the store is helpful and knowledgeable. I was able to feed the birds today live meal worms, a butter but winter warblers, SO MUCH FUN!!

This store location carries the established items that bring the birds and wildlife to my door regularly and they keep their inventory fresh. They also constantly bring in new products that bring birds, fight off the invader grackles and squirrel population without harming them, and show me how to make the most of my feeding system. If I'm not satisfied with the item I purchase or accidently duplicated it, they return no questions asked. I also love that they help me replace parts that have broken on my old but in great shape feeders (including giving me ideas to help keep them clean and damp/mold/mildew free) Really the staff is the best and customer service reps everywhere should shop here to see how really appreciating your customer and bringing us back into the store looks and feels like.
