I always receive the best service there! They are knowledgeable about the best seeds and feeders for the birds I want to attract to my yard. They have also helped me with keeping unwanted birds and critters out of my feeders.

This is the only place in town with quality bird food that we feel good about giving our feathered friends. Plus, love the shop, the help and the outside viewing area.

It’s always a pleasure to shop here. Everyone on the staff is knowledgeable and friendly. I wouldn’t think of shopping anywhere else.

Going into WBU in Yorktown, VA is always a wonderful shopping/educational experience! The staff are friendly, eager to help and genuinely interested in spending time with their customers. The store is exceptionally clean and well kept, highly organized, uncluttered and beautifully marketed. The outdoor patio/bird viewing area is like being at a bird sanctuary. Thank you for making Yorktown a better place! : )))

This is a great store with a fantastic, highly knowledgeable staff. It's always a pleasure to shop there, everyone is always friendly and helpful. The owners host fun events often and are very active in community programs to benefit animals. This is the most enjoyable place I shop and the products that are sold there are great quality. I LOVE this store, the staff is welcoming, friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. There is a lovely outdoor patio and woodsy feeding station area...it is beautiful and serene.

I love my Wild Birds Unlimited store! It's always a pleasure to shop there; Gregory and Kristin are so friendly and helpful and nice, as is the rest of the staff. I've been buying all my bird-feeding supplies there for many years, as well as gifts for friends and family (and things for myself too!). We thoroughly enjoy our shopping experience at WBU Yorktown! Our backyard is always alive with a variety of birds coming to the feeders which include a cylinder style, nut butter, and finch feeder. There is a great selection of seed to purchase so we can provide the proper diet for our birds in all seasons. Our last purchase included the 18 inch squirrel guard that is keeping our furry friends out of the feeder, and providing us with a little entertainment as they keep on trying to get over it! We absolutely love coming in to visit and pet all the store greeters! We love, love, love them!! Mr. Bentley is an adorable addition to such a nice family! The humans who own and work there a super helpfully and friendly as well especially Barbara who's always ready with suggestions! Can hardly wait for our feeders to be empty so we can visit again!!
