This is our first winter in Newport News and we were thrilled to find such a well stocked wild bird store convenient to us. This was our second or third visit and each time we have been fortunate to have Caitlyn as our sales person. She is knowledgeable, personable and shares her love of birds, cats, and all wildlife with such enthusiasm; it's contagious! The 3-holed logs that we received our first visit as a "member" gift was genius "marketing" - as we have enjoyed filling it time & again for our very appreciative feathered guests. Thanks WBU!
