Love this store - come here often. The staff is most knowledgeable and friendliest in the area.

The staff is always friendly and willing to help. The products are all a higher quality I can find in any other store. The staff is always willing to spend time with me and explain why I should use a certain product instead of a product I thought I might need. The store makes me happy and I enjoy visiting weekly!

They are always friendly and helpful, bring my purchases to the car for me and the prices are great. Also being a club member with bird bucks is a great perk that I love and use often.

I look forward to shopping at WBU because the customer service is the greatest. The quality and variety of the bird seed and feeders is excellent. I know if I any questions or concerns, the staff has the knowledge to help me. Always satisfied!

Always friendly. Always helpful. Great layout of the store

It was unusually cold but checking out Kristina offered to carry the birdseed to the car. Everyone in the store was friendly except the feline greeters who were busy making their case to go outside. It's always a pleasure to go into the store. The facility is attractive; the staff friendly and knowledgeable.

The staff is always very friendly and helpful, the products are high quality, the prices are reasonable and the selection is very good.

First, the store is VERY clean and nicely organized. Second, the staff are attentive and knowledgeable. Finally, they have many opportunities/programs to learn more about wildlife.
