All staff shows as much enthusiasm as I do about birds and your products. Listening to customer's backyard bird stories, and providing suggestions to improve backyard birding experience.

I had previously purchased a type of bird seed that I was disappointed with as the pieces of peanuts and nuggets blended in were too large for many of my birds to eat. This left a large percentage of the Feed to be left to our local squirrels. This visit to your store I explained my issue and the staff showed me the new shipment they had and I could see the blend had much smaller pieces ground in to it. Apparently the previous bags were not ground properly. I did purchase a bag of the newest blend and will determine if it is the proper blend for me.

This is my favorite Retail Store. I’ve never had any issues. I’d rather come to the store so I can browse and talk to the associates. Many times I’ll order and have my mother in law pick up. We’ve never had an issue. I’ve worked Retail for 40 years, so I know Great Customer Service. This store provides World Class Customer Service!!

Super friendly staff (and feline greeter!) and such a gorgeous store! Thanks for all the help and advice. I am looking forward to coming back when the weather warms up so we can sit on the deck and watch the feeders for a while!

It was my first visit to this store. I was greeted as soon as I walked in and was given answers to my questions. I was also made aware of the different types of bird seed available. I was treated as though I was a long time customer.

To me the store is like a peaceful sanctuary from these unsettling times. I see and hear the birds and I love being able to pet the cats and dogs when they're around. Also, each of the ladies that work there are always helpful and pleasant. They treat you like friends.

Good customer service, quality bird food & great bird feeders. So far I have replaced 1 of my old ones. Will purchase another!
