Staff are wonderful and a pleasure to do business. Your birdseed is so clean of stems that I spend very little time cleaning the seed prior to dispensing it. Also you support the hardworking Amish community in Ohio. That is a big plus

The staff is so inviting and friendly, always willing to help answer any questions or concerns with any “birding” issues. The store itself is an escape from the stress of everyday life. I love just browsing and looking at the birds outside in the area set up by the store to attract and feed the birds. I also enjoy the “shop” cats and dog.

The staff is always friendly and helpful, asking if I need assistance before I have to ask. I am a senior citizen with a cane so I’m always assisted to my car. That’s so very helpful.
