your staff can always help me identify what kinds of birds are at my feeders, it was your store that I learned about the hot stuff to deter squirrles...and it works.

They always have what I need. Staff is friendly and knowledgeable and always offer advice and able to answer questions. Fun to come in and brows other seasonal merchandise.

Beth was wonderful. This was my first visit and I was looking for specific items. She helped a lot, and we traded good bird stories. And she showed me the store’s birdwatching/native plant area!

Friendly, knowledgeable staff, ready to assist without "hovering'.

Staff was helpful and informative, since I was new they handed out some free samples. Although they didn’t have what I was looking for a solution was found for something else. The bird sanctuary in the back is a also a nice plus
