Love the store. The staff are very knowledgeable and friendly.

I’ve worked in Retail for 41 years. Quality merchandise at a fair price with Outstanding Customer Service are the top three qualities in any retail establishment. Customer Service in my opinion being number 1. I actually look forward to going to the store and talking to the associates. My 81 year old mother in law and myself love our backyard bird sanctuary. She goes and picks up the orders most times. And just comes home and tells me how she told the associates about all the birds we have.

Love the store and all the people in there. They have nice pretty stuff and are is helpful in making choices. Very pretty store with lots of things to decide on.

We're in there a lot! Every time, the staff is friendly and helpful and we love seeing the Cats! I find what I need 99% of the time. I like that the merchandise isn't moved around a lot; I know right where everything I need is. The displays are wonderful.
