Since they were converting to a new system and the registers were not functional, i got my purchase free. But, even without that, people in the store are always friendly and helpful. It's a pleasure to come into the store.

This was not my first purchase or my first delivery order from Wild Birds Unlimited. In the past I have discussed products with the staff, who are all highly knowledgeable and friendly. While the prices are not low, they are frequently under those I previously paid at Duncraft (online), and the diversity in stock is pretty good.

Neala is wonderful. She’s friendly, knowledgeable, and gives great suggestions.

This is my favorite store and whenever I need a little pick-me-up I head over there!
